El Monte Rv's sales and reservations center in Europe is based near Guildford in England. The management services are operated by MGA International
one of Europe’s leading hospitality, transportation and tourism marketing and representation companies.
Our office will provide the following support services:
- The approval and implementation of contracts with qualified European Tour Operators.
- Liaison with purchasing/contract managers, providing rates and services information.
- Production support including supply of photo images, vehicle layouts and copy for brochure/web site presentations.
- Reservation centre.
- Financial services, including collection of all payments.
- Training for sales and reservation staff. Providing training support including power point presentations.
- Customer relations.
- Promotions including support for joint sales blitz, advertising and public relations programmes.
