RESERVATIONS

Reservation requests can be made as follows :-

• All reservations are subject to availability. By return we will reply with a confirmation detailing all items booked.
• Contracted Tour Operators/wholesalers are responsible for full net payment to El Monte RV’s European Office (MGA International) for each reservation 45 days in advance of pick up date. Payment would be for all items specified on the reservation confirmation sent in response to the reservation request.

• As stated on your contract agreement.

• The following El Monte RV locations are open 7 days a week
  Monday – Saturday 8am-5pm and Sundays 8am-4pm
  Los Angeles - San Francisco - Orlando - Las Vegas
• The following El Monte RV Locations are open 6 days a week
  Monday – Saturday 8am-5pm
  Albuquerque – Dallas – Denver – New York – Miami – Salt Lake City – Bellingham
  (some locations reduce operation times during the off season, which will be advised to you when we provide travel documents.)
• The following locations are open 5 days a week.
  Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
  Atlanta – Washington – Chicago

(some locations reduce operation times during the off season.)
National holidays
All stations are closed on all national holidays including the following holidays. No bookings will be accepted for pick up or return on these days.
