Maintenance & Use Responsibility
Client is responsible for routine maintenance while traveling (coolant, oil, tyre pressure etc) as well as immediately reporting any mechanical failures.
Clients may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in operation and or in performing normal maintenance. Tools for vehicle repair are not provided
since clients are not authorised to make repairs.
Vehicle Support
El Monte provides through a third party a full roadside assistance program which is available during normal business hours and most holidays throughout the year.
Reimbursements/Refunds
El Monte RV operates one of the newest fleet’s in the industry, yet as motorhomes are mechanical devices they do occasionally develop problems.

Travel Restrictions
Clients are restricted to traveling to certain regions, due to road conditions, extreme weather, acts of god, security alerts and or availability of support.
Full details of these restrictions are in "Terms & Conditions".
Fuel
Fuel costs are the clients responsibility. Gasoline tanks are generally full at pick up and must be returned full or the difference will be estimated and the clients charged.
Substitutions El Monte RV makes every effort to provide the clients with the model reserved, however we reserve the right to substitute models which are similar, higher rated or
longer as necessary. No refunds for any reason (additional fuel consumption, ferry charges, campgrounds fee etc.) will be given due to increased length or size of motorhome substituted.
Touring
There are numerous motorhome friendly campgrounds throughout North America. One of the leading companies KOA (Kampgrounds of America) provides excellent facilities
and services and there web site is a very useful tool for planning itineraries and making reservations for stop over's. |
